How do I return items purchased on Shoplasalle.net?

Merchandise can be returned for an exchange / store credit for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, include original packaging and include original tags to receive a store credit or exchange.  Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only if available. Store credit may be made available for items that are no longer in stock for whatever reason.

If you didn't receive the packing slip or cannot locate it, please write a note detailing the items you are returning and the reason for the return. Please include the order number and your name, email address, and phone number on that note.   Any returns based upon size must include a requested size.   The buyer is responsible for all return shipment charges regardless of reason for the return.  Any/all clearance items are non-returnable.

You can also return your order to La Salle High School during normal La Salle Spirit Shop hours. To assist with the return, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip along with the product.

How do I return a product purchased at the La Salle High School Spirit Shop Retail Store?

With an original La Salle High School Retail receipt:
