• The La Salle Spirit Shop will process orders during business hours only. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of your online order.

Our privacy policy describes the information we collect and how we use it. By accessing or using this Website, you consent to our Privacy Policy. You understand that regardless of which option you select in your privacy settings, La Salle does not guarantee any confidentiality privacy with respect to any of your personal information. La Salle High School may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the Website.

Returns & Replacements
Merchandise can be returned for an exchange / store credit for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, include original packaging and include original tags to receive a store credit or exchange. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only if available. Store credit may be made available for items that are no longer in stock for whatever reason.  Your return will be processed within 7 business days of being received at our office and store credit will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Any required shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and LHS will bill the user upon shipment of the return item.

Ordering
All orders placed through the Website are subject to LHS's acceptance. This means that LHS may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, LHS will issue you a refund.

Viewing Orders
If you register for an account with shoplasalle.net, you will have access to all orders, wishlists, and tags you have entered into our system.  If you check out as Guest, no previous orders will be saved on the system. The email address is required with any order made and will receive all of the confirmation emails from the entire order process.

Updating Account Information
To modify or delete the information you have provided during registration, please login and update your profile. To unsubscribe from an email, please follow the instructions in any email you receive. Be sure to include your first and last name and account email address in the "message" box.
